2nd Gerischer-Kolb Symposium

Modern Aspects of Bioelectrochemistry

International Bunsen Discussion Meeting

Heinz Gerischer Schloss Reisensburg, Germany, October 11 - 13, 2017 Dieter M. Kolb

Since 1999, the Gerischer Symposium has been organized every 3rd year on a special topic of fundamental electrochemistry.
The 1st Gerischer-Kolb Symposium and the 2nd Gerischer-Kolb Symposium, an International Bunsen Discussion Meeting, is a continuation of this series. It will be devoted to Electrochemical Surface Science, as this topic has been addressed by Dieter M. Kolb, whose scientific mentor was Heinz Gerischer.
The 2nd Gerischer-Kolb Symposium is organized again as an International Bunsen Discussion Meeting and will be devoted to Modern Aspects of Bioelectrochemistry, as this topic appeared to be pathbreaking for the late Dieter M. Kolb, whose scientific mentor was Heinz Gerischer.

The Gerischer-Kolb Symposia are dedicated to the memory of these eminent scientists and their outstanding accomplishments.
